摘要
以C17200铍铜合金为母材进行脉冲激光焊接,用金相显微镜观察焊接接头金属的微观组织,并测试了其显微硬度,分析脉冲能量对焊缝横断面尺寸的影响。研究结果表明:随着脉冲能量增加,焊缝横断面呈"钉"型的趋势越明显;焊缝区金属组织为单相α过饱和固溶体,晶粒尺寸比母材金属的小;焊接热影响区中γ相以线条状及块状沉淀析出,局部严重球化聚集;焊缝和热影响区金属的硬度均低于母材金属的硬度,焊接热影响区出现了严重的软化现象。
Cu-Be alloy C17200 was regarded as the base metal, which was welded by pulse laser welder. The microstructure of welded joint was observed and its microhardness was measured. The effect of pulse energy on the size and weld transection was investigated. The investigative results show that the nail shape pattern of weld transection is become more and more obvious along with the increase of pulse energy. When Cu-Be alloy C17200 is welded by pulse laser welder, the mierostructure of weld is single-phase α supersaturated solution, its dimension of crystal grain is thinner than that of base material; a few γ-phase are cemented out in HAZ with the state of lineation and massive, some of them are badly spheroidized and aggregated. The hardnss of weld and HAZ are lower than that of base material, HAZ is badly softened.
