A Scheme for Optimization and Capacity Expansion of Transmission Network Based on MSTP

MSTP是一种基于传统SDH技术,同时实现TDM、ATM、以太网等多种业务的接入、处理和传送功能,并提供统一网管的多业务节点的城域网传送技术。通过采用MSTP技术,对某县电信分公司传输网络进行优化扩容设计和实现,证实了该技术可以广泛应用于当前城域传送网建设,为基于MSTP技术的传输网络优化扩容研究与实现提供了典型范例。

MSTP, based on traditional SDH, is a MAN transmission technology, and could simultaneously implement the access, processing and transmission of TDM, ATM and Ethernet, and provide multi service nodes of the unified network management system. Based on MSTP, the design and implementation for the optimization and capacity expansion for the transmission network for the county telecom company indicate that MSTP can be widely used in the current construction of MAN, and provides a significant example for the optimization and capacity expansion of the MSTP-hased transmission network.
