摘要 通过与合成标样实测相对强度的比较,研究了影响XRF中理论计算相对强度准确度的主要因素,提出了μ+τ计算模式和一个混合的质量吸收系数(MAC)算法。 The following studies have been made in order to improve the accuracy of calculated relative intensities: (1) The incident and emergent angles of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer used were experimentally determined; (2) The comparison of calculated and measured relative intensities using three different X-ray tube primary spectral distributions showed that no significant difference between calculated relative intensities for these three algorithms was observed; (3) A (μ+τ) calculation mode and a mixed mass absorption coefficient(MAC) compilation were proposed, using which better agreements between calculated and measured relative intensities for nine sets of different wavelength X-ray lines were obtained, when compared with the other four commonly used MAC compilations; (4) Compared with those measured intensity ratios of six pairs of Lα/Kα and two pairs of Mα/Kα, the intensity ratios calculated using the modified NRLXRF compilation of excitation factor had the lowest relative error compared to the other three excitation factor compilations.
