摘要 采用STE-MECC法分离测定大黄中的芦荟大黄素,大黄素和大黄酸。萃取条件为压 力41.4MPa,温度50℃,改性剂量0.4mL。被测组分在10min得到全部分离。本法准确、简 便、快速、结果令人满意。 A supercritical fluid extraction-micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic (SFE-MECC) method was developed for the determiantion of anthraquinones in rhubarb. SFE conditions were chosen as follows; pressure: 41 .4 MPa, temperature: 50℃ and volume of modifier: 0 .4 ml. The ingredients were separated within 10 then by MECC. The established method was accurate, simple, rapid and satisfactory result was obtained.
