摘要
从分析航天发射任务对发射场测发试验任务的保障需求出发,通过梳理测发试验能力的组成要素和作用机制,建立了航天发射场测试发射能力评价指标体系,采用层次分析和专家咨询相结合的方法确定各级指标的权重,并选用多级模糊综合评判模型进行了测试发射能力的评价研究。这对于提升我国航天发射场的测发试验任务保障能力,弥补日益增加的任务需求与测发能力相对不足之间的平衡,满足我国未来航天发射的任务需求具有重要的理论和实践价值。
To analyze the support requirement of the spaceport launch test assignment, by carding the elements and the function mechanism, the evaluation indexes system of the spaceport test launch capability is establishell AHP method compared with experts consultation is adopted to determine the weight of each judgement index. For the evaluation of the launch test capability, a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is presented. This paper can help to advance the support ability of the launch field's test mission and balance the increasing test demand and the relatively shortage of test launch capability, thus has significant theoretical and practical value for fulfilling the requirement of future spaceport launch mission.
