摘要 基于硫酸介质中,草酸钠作活化剂,汞(Ⅱ)对过碘酸钾氧化鸡冠花红而使其褪色的反应的抑制作用,建立了测定痕量汞(Ⅱ)的动力学光度新方法,讨论了其动力学条件。方法简便、灵敏、选择性较好。测定汞(Ⅱ)的线性范围为0.01-0.15 mg/L,检出限为2.0 μg/L。用于合成水样和污水中痕量汞(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意。 A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of mercury was proposed. It is based on the fact that Hg(Ⅱ ) inhibits the discoloration of amaranth oxidized by potassium periodate and sodium oxalate as activator in sulfuric acid medium. The optimum conditions influencing the late of the reaction were examined. The method is sensitive, simple and selective. The linear range for the determination of mercury is 0.01-0. 15 mg/L. The detection Limit is 2. 0μg/L. The method has been used for the determination of trace mercury in synthetic solution and polluted water with satisfactory results.
