希望小学援建制度探讨

On the Aid System of Building Primary-schools Funded by Hope Project

希望工程是中国青少年发展基金会于1989年发起实施的一项社会公益事业。援建希望小学与资助贫困学生是希望工程实施的两大主要公益项目。文章重点关注青少年发展基金会目前的希望小学援建制度,结合实际调查情况,并与其他民间公益组织运作方式进行比较,分析了目前制度的利与弊,并对目前的制度提出了几点改进建议。

Hope project is launched by the China Youth Development Foundation in 1989 as the implementation of a public welfare. Building primary Schools and providing assistance to the poor students are two major public welfare of the Hope Project. This article is one research subject from the project ＂Input-output Analysis of the Hope Primary School＂, which is one of the National College Students＂ Innovative Projects launched by the Ministry of Education. This article focuses on the current aid system for the building of the primary schools in Hope Project. In light of the actual investigation, we compare it with other non-governmental organizations, analyze the pros and cons of the current system, and put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the current system.
