摘要
采用复合作用力,以N-tert-Butoxy-Carbonyl-L-Tryptophan(N-t-Boc-L-Trp)为烙印分子,合成了一种对 N-t-Boc-DL-Tryptophan具有良好手性拆分作用的高效液相色谱固定相,并初步研究了其拆分其机理。
Synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) against N-t-Boc-L-Tryptophan using both acidic monomer (methacrylic acid) and basic monomer (2-vinylpyridine) were reported. N-t-Boc- DL-Tryptophan was successfully discriminated and the mechanism of emantiomeric recognition is discussed.
