摘要
研究了在盐酸介质中 NO2与中性红的亚硝化反应。结果表明,在0.048mol/L的盐 酸介质中,NO2与中性红反应生成无荧光的物质,NO2在40-240 μg/L范围内与荧光猝灭程 度成正比,常见的共存离子不干扰其测定。所拟方法用于水样中NO2的测定,结果满意。
The reaction between NO2- and neutral red was studied. The result showed that in 0.048 mol/L HCI meduim, NO2- can react with neutral red. The fluorescence queening degree is linear with NO2- concentration over the range of 40-240 μg/L. The common coexisting ions do not interfere in the determination. The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
