摘要
针对近年来自考全日制助学中暴露出的问题,调研组开展了历时一年的专题调研活动,采用文献法、调查法、统计分析法等研究方法,在全面调查的基础上,描述浙江省自考全目制助学活动的发展历史与现状,分析全日制助学的成效与问题,提出规范自考全日制助学的对策措施,即从主管部门和助学机构两层面加强体制机制建设,进一步规范自考全日制助学工作。
With regard to the exposed problems of full-time learning assistance in higher education self-taught examinations recent years, our research group use of literature, survey, statistical analysis and other research methods, the whole research activities lasted one year. Based on our comprehensive survey, the research group described the history and status quo of full-time learning assistance in higher education self-taught examinations in Zhejiang province, and analyzed the effectiveness and problem of full-time learning assistance, and then proposed normative measures, that is, the competent authorities and learning assistant bodies all to strengthen the institutional mechanisms, which lead to the further standardize of full-time learning assistance in higher education self-taught examinations.
