多元智能理论视野下自学考试教育公平诉求拓展分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Expansion of the Proceedings of Education Equity in Self-taught Examinations on Theory of Multiple Intelligences

摘要 多元智能理论打破了传统教育思想的禁锢,将智能划分为多个基本类型,主张不同个体的智能组合及构成存在着差异。该理论是一种以学生为中心的学习理论,强调学生的学,而非教师的教。这正好与自学考试所倡导的学习方式相吻合。机械划一的、崇尚单一的统一性和标准性教育不能适应个人发展的独特性和综合性。引进该理论,可以使自学考试更好地遵循教育资源配置的平等原则和差异原则,有效地拓展教育公平述求,创造人才培养新境界。 Multiple Intelligence Theory break the imprisonment in the traditional thinking of education, divided intelligence into several basic types, advocates that there are differences in intelligent combination of different individuals and composition. The theory is a student-centered learning theory, emphasizing learning of students, not teachers. This is particularly match in the learning styles advocated by self-taught examinations. The education of mechanical standard, advocating a single, unified and standards can not adapt to the unique and comprehensive of personal development. The introduction of the theory can make self-taught examinations education better to follow the principle of equality and difference in the allocation of resources, expanding demands education fair effectively, and create a new realm of personnel training.
