腹腔镜下不接触技术在右半结肠癌根治术中的临床应用

Clinical application of laparoscopy with non-contact technique in right hemicolon carcinoma radical resection

目的探讨腹腔镜下不接触技术应用于右半结肠癌根治术的有效性和安全性。方法采用腹腔镜下不接触技术治疗右半结肠癌36例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果33例手术成功,3例中转开腹(2例因腹腔内广泛粘连不适合腹腔镜手术,1例因大出血难以止血)。中位手术时间118～185min、出血量250～800ml、住院时间7～15d;随访3～56个月,未见手术相关并发症。结论腹腔镜下不接触技术应用于右半结肠癌根治术能达到开腹手术切除和根治范围,是一种安全、高效、可靠的微创治疗方法。

Objective To summarize the clinical efficiency and safety of laparoscopy with non- contact technique in right hemicolon carcinoma radical resection. Methods Data of 36 patients underwent right hemicolon carcinoma radical resection by laparoscope with non-contact technique were retrospectively analyzed. Resells Of 36 patients, 33 patients were operated suceeefully. Oppen surgery was addepted in two patients because of widespread intraabdominal adhession and in one patient suffered from huge hemorrhea during operation. The average operation time was 118-185 minutes, bleeding 250-800 ml,and hospital stay 7-15 days.The patients were followed up for 3 to 56 months without surgery-related complications. Conclusion The surgery under laparoscope with non-contact technique may provide sufficient resection for right hemicolon carcinoma reliabllv and safely
