Parameters of Gear Design and NC Machining Research Based on Pro/E

研究了利用VC++和Pro/Toolkit进行Pro/E二次开发,实现齿轮参数化建模。在Pro/E提供的NC模块下,论述了采用多工序铣削的加工方法加工圆柱直齿轮,对路径进行模拟和NC检测,看加工过程是否合理,并对后置处理过程进行了分析,可以得到相应的后置处理程序。

Using the VC＋＋ and Pro/Toolkit to research Pro/E secondary development on the gear the process of parametric modeling. In Pro/E NC module, discusses the many processes used milling processing methods;by route imitation and NC check to see whether the path is rationale, analysis the process of post-processing and get post-processing procedures.
