基于数值分析的溢流型减压先导阀参数设计

摘要 应用数值分析的方法设计了溢流型减压先导阀的孔数、阀芯与初始孔位置、先导阀孔直径、左右口重叠量等参数,使用该设计方法有效地解决溢流型减压先导阀的非线性问题,直观地反映参数变化对性能的影响。该方法为准确选取参数、缩短设计周期、降低研发成本、实现设计目标提供了一种有效的数值分析的设计方法。 It establishes the models of electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve, variables solved with numerical method are accorded with experimental outcome. Numerical method is effective in solution to nonlinear hydraulic system and variables effect on valve performance is directly revealed. Numerical method can help designer optimize parameters, short research & development time, reduce research & development cost, and achieve design objective.
