摘要
在传统的网络化人力资源管理(HRM)系统中,通常采用同步交互式Web服务,会造成服务器的负担过重,并使用户等待时间过长。考虑网络带宽有限、网络节点数据交换频繁、网速慢、用户等待时间长的情况,采用异步交互式网页开发技术(AJAX)研发大型跨地域企业人力资源管理(HRM)系统,阐述了主要关键技术及应用实例。采用AJAX技术开发的HRM系统,当用户与服务器之间交互数据时,通过AJAX引擎异步调用XML,以实现动态数据加载,减少了服务器处理任务量,节省了网络带宽资源。系统运行表明:服务器响应速度快,用户等待时间短,数据维护性好。
Synchronous Web applications bring heavy burdens to the server and let users wait too long ior responses in the traditional network-based HRM system. Considering the limit bandwidth ,frequent data interchange of the network node, slow wire speed and long-time wait for users, the key technology is elaborated, which introduces AJAX into the research and development of the large multi-region HRM system. As a result,with AJAX engine the asynchronous call of XML implemented dynamic data loading, reduced server＇s task, saved network bandwidth and the system＇s successful running shows the fast server response, shorter wait-time and high maintenance of data.
