摘要
[目的]建立金花茶叶中槲皮素含量的测定方法。[方法]采用RP-HPLC法测定药材中槲皮素含量。[结果]在3.0～16.7μg/ml的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为98.27%,RSD=1.18%。[结论]所用方法简便、准确,可用于金花茶药材的质量控制。
[ Objective ] Content determination methods of the Camellia chrysantha（Hu） Tuyama. leaf were determined. [ Method] Qucrcetin contents in medicinal materials were determined by RP- HPLC. [ Result] The standard curve of the quercetin was linear in the range of 3.0 -16.7 μg/ml （r = 0.999 4） , and the average recovery ratio was 98.27 %, RSD = 1.18 %. [ Conclusion ] The method is simple and reliable, which can be used to control the quality of Camellia chrysantha（ Hu）Tuyama..
