摘要
[目的]对白鲜皮挥发油化学成分进行分析。[方法]采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取白鲜皮中的挥发油,通过GC-MS对其化学成分进行分析。[结果]挥发油中含有60个化合物,鉴定出51个。[结论]挥发油中梣酮含量最多,其次是榄香醇和有机酸类化合物。
[ Objective] The paper aimed to study chemical constituents of volatile oil from Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz from Jilin Province. [ Method] The volatile oil from Dictamnus dasycarpus Turez was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction( SED), then separated and analyzed by GC-MS. [ Result]60 compounds were separated, and 51of them were identified from the volatile oil. [ Conclusion] FraxineUone is the major chemical constituents in the oil, the others are elemol and organic acids.
