摘要
阐述了基于理想值法的开发区土地集约利用评价的基本原理,探讨了评价指标理想值的性质及其确定方法。以广西北海出口加工区为例,对其土地集约利用水平进行了评价,并进行了潜力测算。
The basic principle of development zone land intensive utilization evaluation were expounded based on ideal value method, and the nature of evaluation indicators ideal value and its determine method were discussed. Took Guangxi Beihai export processing zone as an example, its level land intensive utilization was evaluated, and potential were calculated.
