摘要
[目的]为防治黄连木种子小蜂筛选出方便、高效的方法。[方法]以36%啶虫脒、10%吡虫啉和48%乐斯本为供试药剂,分别采用灌根法、注干法和喷雾法施药,通过比较其防治效果筛选出黄连木种子小蜂的最佳防治方法。[结果]在3种施药方法中,注干法的防治效果最佳,其平均虫果率为17.47%;喷雾法的防治效果次之,其平均虫果率为33.24%;灌根法的防治效果最差,其平均虫果率为41.44%。注干法的平均虫果率极显著低于其他方法及对照。当所有供试药剂都采用注干法施用时,10%吡虫啉的防治效果最佳,其平均虫果率为6.70%;36%啶虫眯的防治效果次之,其平均虫果率为19.00%;48%乐斯本的防治效果最差,其平均虫果率为26.70%;3种药剂处理的平均虫果率均极显著低于对照。[结论]黄连木种子小蜂的最佳化学防治措施是注干法施用10%吡虫啉。
[ Objective ] The purpose was to select out a convenient and efficient method for controlling Eurytoma plotnikovi Nikolskaya. [ Method ] With 36% aeetamiprid, 10% imidacloprid and 48% chlorpyrifos as tested pesticides, they were applied by root-irrigating, stem injection and spray method and the optimum control method of E. plotnikovi was selected out through comparing their control effects. [ Result] Among the 3 pesticide applying methods, the control effect of stem injection was best and its average rate of wormed fruit was 17.47% ; the control effect of spray method was secondary and its average rate of wormed fruit was 33.24% ; the control effect of root-irrigating was worst and its average rate of wormed fruit was 41.44%. The average rate of wormed fruit of stem injection was extremely significantly lower than that of the other methods and CK. When all the tested pesticides were applied by stem injection, the control effect of 10% imidacloprid was best and its average rate of wormed fruit was 6.70% ; the control effect of 36% acetamiprid was secondary and its average rate of wormed fruit was 19.00% ; the control effect of 48% chlorpyrifos was worst and its average rate of wormed fruit was 26.70%. The average rates of wormed fruit of treatments with the 3 pesticides were extremely Significantly lower than that of CK. [ Conclusion] The optimum chemical control measure of E. plotnikovi was applying 10% imidacloprid by stem injection.
