沥青混凝土成品装车指挥仪的研制 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前沥青混凝土搅拌设备中,成品装车通常依靠人工观察或者专门配置一个人进行指挥,这样既影响了生产效率,又不利于安全和健康。研制成功的成品装车指挥仪采用最新嵌入式技术,由超声波高度传感器、语音喇叭、通信端口、电源模块和嵌入式控制器等部件组成,自动采集当前的装车高度,指挥运输车是否可以装料、移动的启动和停止、成品仓库下料阀的打开和关闭,并通过语音广播达到智能指挥。本指挥仪大大提高了装车效率,安装方便,使用简单,造价低。 For the present mixing equipment of the asphalt concrete, the finished load usually relys on observation of a person or in command of a special person, which not only affect the efficiency of production, but also do harm to safety and health. The successfully developed director in the load of the finished product adopts the latest embedded technology, comprising of ultrasonic height sensors, voice speaker, communication ports, power modules and embedded controllers, by automatic acquisition of the current loading height, it can command the loading of the transporter, the start and stop of movement, the open and close of discharge valve of the finished materials warehouse, and achieve intelligent control by voice broadcast. The director has greatly improved the efficiency of loading, and it also installed easily, used simply and has low cost.
