摘要
提出了一种快速数控SPWM的实现方法,建立了正弦交流电流源稳流模糊PID控制算法模型,应用MSP430单片机研制了样机,能提供0~10A步进为10mA、频率为0~1kHz、测试证明其总谐波畸变率低于1.45%的正弦交流电流,满足需要正弦交流大电流电流源的智能测量仪的需求。
A novel method of high-speed digtal SPWM was presented,and the fuzzy P1D control model of AC sine current source was established. A prototype was made with MSP430 MCU. The current range was 0A to 10A with 10mA as minimum step size, the frequency range was 0Hz to lkHz with 1Hz as minimum step size. Testing proved that it's total harmonic distortion was not more then 1.45%. Met the requirements of intelligent measuring instruments which should provid large scale sine AC current.
