甲羟孕酮并用达那唑治疗功能失调性子宫出血33例分析

The Analysis of 33 Cases of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Patients Treated by Medrysone Combined Danazol

目的探讨达那唑联合甲羟孕酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法对肇庆市第一人民医院2004年1月至2008年6月月经病专科门诊和住院33例难治的功能失调性子宫出血病例资料进行回顾分析。用达那唑0.2g2次/d和甲羟孕酮4～8mg2次/d口服,连用20d。用药前后观察功能失调性子宫出血症状、血常规、肝肾功能、B超检查子宫内膜及盆腔情况。宫腔镜检查或诊断性刮宫。结果33例首次治疗后28例显效,5例有效。结论达那唑合并甲羟孕酮治疗难治的功能失调性子宫出血可显著提高疗效。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients treated by medrysone combined danazol. Method From Jan 2004 to Jun 2008, in the first people＇s hospital of Zhaoqing, to retrospective analysis of 33 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients includes out-patient and inhospital. With danazol 0.2g 2 times per day, and medrysone 4-8mg 2 times per day orally, used in conjunction 20 days. Observed before and after treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding symptoms, blood, liver and kidney functions, B ultrasonic examination of endometrimn and pelvic cavity. The method is diagnostic hysteroseopy or curettage. Result In the cases of 33 patients, after treatment for the first time after treatment, 28 cases is markedly effective, and 5 cases were effective. Conclusion Danazol combined medrysone treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding can significantly increase the curative effect.
