摘要
目的探讨护理干预对减轻胃癌化疗药物的不良反应的作用。方法通过对43例进展期胃癌化疗患者的常见不良反应的预防、治疗与观察,并采取积极有效的护理措施。结果43例出现不良反应者均达到了预防和治疗效果,33例症状完全缓解,10例显效,总有效率100%。结论有效的心理护理,使胃癌患者保持一个良好的心态积极接受化疗,是化学治疗的根本前提。对于化疗时出现的不良反应,只要护士做到观察细心、护理精心、业务熟练、用药正确,并协助医生及时有效的采取措施,是能够保证化疗顺利进行、减轻化疗的不良反应给患者带来的痛苦的。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on adverse reactions during chemotherapy in the patients with progression gastric cancer. Methods The adverse reactions during chemotherapy were observed and prevented by active nursing in 43 patients. Results The adverse reactions during chemotherapy in all cases were prevented and treated ,and 33 patients showed complete remission of the symptoms. Conclusion Nursers＇ careful observation, skillful nursing and correct medication can help doctors to take effectively measures to deal with the adverse reactions during chemotherapy in the patients with progression gastric cancer.
