摘要
目的:研究13-甲基肉豆蔻酸的致突变性,预测其遗传毒性,为临床安全应用提供科学依据。方法:进行Ames试验、中国地鼠肺成纤维细胞染色体畸变试验及小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验。结果:13-甲基肉豆蔻酸对三项试验均呈阴性。结论:13-甲基肉豆蔻酸不具有致突变作用。
Objective: To determine whether 13-methyltetradecanoic acid (13-MTD) has any mutagenic effect, predict its genetic toxicity, and provide scientific basis for clinical safe application. Methods: Three types of tests were performed: microbiology reverse mutation test (Ames test), chromosomal aberration test of Chinese hamster lung fibroblast and micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes. Results: All the three tests of 13-MTD showed negative results. Conclusion: It suggests that 13-MTD should not have mutagenic effect.
