摘要
目的:探讨CT模拟定位在开展三维适形放疗技术(3-DCRT)中的临床应用。方法:对120例需要进行放疗的肿瘤患者,体位固定后进行CT扫描,图像传输至治疗计划系统(TPS)工作站,勾画出肿瘤靶区及危及器官,按照3-DCRT原则进行放疗计划设计,审定后于治疗机复位,验证后实施治疗。结果:所有患者均能顺利进行CT模拟定位和3-DCRT,照射野验证片与三维TPS的数字影像重建技术(DRR)图像进行比较,头颈部误差<3mm,体部误差<4mm。结论:对需要进行放疗的患者,利用CT模拟定位进行3-DCRT,极大提高了放疗的精度。
Objective: To study the clinical application of the simulation using computed tomography in three dimension conformal radiotherapy(3-DCRT). Methods: 120 patients with tumor were performed radiation therapy. They were CT scanned after body position fixed, then the image transferred to TPS work station and drew the line of tumor area. According to the principles of 3-DCRT, to formulate 3-DCRT plan and repositioned in therapeutic machine, then practiced the 3- DCRT plan after verified by the radiotherapy simulator. Results: All patients succeeded CT simulation and 3-DCRT. Compared radiation field verification films with the three dimension DDR image in TPS, the errors of 3-DCRT plan in pate part was less than 3 mm, and the errors in caudomedial part was less than 4 mm. Conclusion: To process 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy using CT simulation elevated great the radiatiotherapy accuracy in patients required radiation therapy.
