Analysis on adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injections in 432 cases

目的:了解中药注射剂在本地区使用发生不良反应的情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据,预防该类不良反应的发生。方法:采用回顾性调查分析方法对2002年1月～2008年12月收到的中药注射剂所致的不良反应报表进行统计分析。结果:中药注射剂诱发的不良反应432例,涉及37种药物,累及人体17个系统,最常见的为皮肤及其附件损害,较严重的不良反应为82例。结论:中药注射剂引起的不良反应症状多,临床医生应高度重视药物不良反应的监测,合理选药,提高用药的安全性。

Objective： To understand dverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our region and provide a reasonable warning to prevent the occurrence of such adverse reactions. Methods： We statisted the patients who suffered adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injections from January 2002 to December 2008, and analysed this statistics by retrospective survey methodology. Results： There were 432 people who suffered adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injections. It involved 37 kinds of drugs, 17 kinds of human body system, and the the most common damage was to the skin and its annex, the more serious was for the 82 cases of adverse reactions. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse more reaction symptoms, clinicians should attach great importance to the monitoring of adverse drug reactions, rational drug selection can improve the safety of medication.
