目的:总结分析8年来各种前列腺汽化电切术中所发生的并发症及其原因。降低各类并发症的发生率,顺利良好地完成该项微创技术。方法:对本组1000例汽化电切术中发生的各类并发症进行深入分析。研究出针对常见的可能发生的并发症的预防,改进方案制定出行之有效的常规规范。结果:1000例中发生尿失禁7例(0.7%)。其中真性尿失禁1例。围术期通过二次手术或紧急处理方能解决的各类出血共14例(1.4%)。术中前列腺外科包膜穿孔3例(0.3%)。膀胱颈穿孔2例(0.2%)。腺体残留共21例(2.1%)。后尿道狭窄共20例(2%)。尿道外口狭窄共31例(3.1%)。结论:经尿道等离子体前列腺汽化电切术是现代泌尿外科疗效确定,效果满意的微创腔道技术之一[1-2]。本组并发症多发生于该项技术在我省开展初期的1～2年中。各种技术及手法掌握不全面,经验不足是导致各类并发症发生的直接原因。深入分析并发症发生的各类原因,制定出一整套针对性强的预防方案,不断积累经验,掌握手术技巧,即能有效降低并发症。
