百名外国专家获2009年度“友谊奖”

100 Foreign Experts Receive the Friendship Award from the Chinese Government

今年是新中国成立60周年,中国政府评选了100名"友谊奖"获奖专家。他们来自28个国家,以日本专家最多,18人,美国专家14人,德国专家10人。男性专家91人,女性专家9人。经济技术类专家67人,科教文卫类专家33人。从1991年以来,已经有1099名外国专家获得这一殊荣。

Before National Day,one hundred Foreign Experts from 28 countries received the Friendship Award at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.In China,they work in all kinds of fields from agriculture,manufacturing,technological innovation,education to media,and make great ongoing contribution to Chinese economic growth and social progress.At the Great Hall of the People,they were met by Premier Wen Jiabao and participated the Reception in Celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China.
