摘要
目的观察2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者一级亲属(FDRs)糖耐量正常者血清可溶性选择素E(SL-E)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)水平的变化及与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法测定39例健康对照、61例FDRs的血脂、空腹血糖、sVCAM-1、SL-E水平等,同时测定胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果与正常对照组比较,FDRs组SL-E、sVCAM-1、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及HOMA抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在FDRs组,SL-E、sVCAM-1与胰岛素抵抗(IR)呈正相关。结论FDRs存在黏附分子活化及IR,且两者之间可能相互影响。
Objective To investigate the changes of the lever of SL-E and sVCAM-1 in first degree relatives with normal glucose of type 2 diabetes patients, and the associations to insulin resistance. Methods The anthropometrieal parameters, fasting plasma glucose, serum vascular cell adhesionmolecule-1 ( sVCAM-1 ), seleetive-E ( SL-E ), serum lipid and serum insulin were analyzed in 61 nondiabetic first degree relatives of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 39 control subjects. Homeostasis model assessment was applied to assess the status of insulin resistance. Results The levels of SL-E ,sVCAM-1 ,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC ,TG were significantly elevated in FDRs compared with control ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Multiple stepwise regression showed that the lever of SL-E and sVCAM-1 were positively related with IR. Conclusion There are activation of adhesion molecule and IR in first degree relatives of type 2 diabetes patients with normal glucose, further, these two factors are mutually related.
