润燥止痒胶囊联合多西环素片治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Acne Vulgaris with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule Combining Doxycycline

目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合多西环素片治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效。方法将符合入选标准的160例门诊患者随机分为两组,对照组予多西环素片100mg/次,2次/d;治疗组在此基础上加用润燥止痒胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d;两组均外用1%林可霉素凝胶,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为81.25%,对照组为58.75%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合多西环素片治疗轻中度寻常痤疮疗效良好。

Objective To observe Runzao Zhiyang capsule combining doxyeyeline＇s effect on mild-to-moderate aene vulgafis. Methods 160 study patients qualified with the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into two groups： the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the control group were given doxycycline 100mg twice daily, and the patients in the treatment group were give Runzao Zhiyang capsule four pills thrice daily together with comprehensive therapy. The patients of two groups were given Lincomycin Jelly usext. The course of treatment was fpur weeks. Results The effect rate of treatment groups was 81.25%. and that of eonlrol grout＋ is 58.75%. There was significant difference between two gruups（P〈0.05）. Concludsion The curation effet of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combining doxycyeline on miht to moderate aene vulgaris is good.
