摘要 Dear Editor, Histone lysine methylation has received a great deal of attention from the chromatin field over the past 10 years. To date, histone lysine methylations have been demonstrated to play pivotal roles in nearly all biological processes involving chromatin, including replication, transcription, DNA repair etc.
