Advances in the molecular genetic epidemiology research of age-related macular degeneration

摘要 年龄相关性黄斑变性是发达国家老年人致盲的主要原因,它是一种具有高度遗传异质性的疾病。随着分子生物学和分子遗传学的发展,已经发现多个潜在的致病基因。现就年龄相关性黄斑变性的易感基因和遗传流行病学的研究进展进行综述。 Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the leading cause of blindness in industrialized countries. It is a genetically heterogeneous disorder. With the development of molecular biology and molecular genetics, multiple potentially causative genes have been identified. Current studies of susceptibility genes and genetic epidemiology of AMD are reviewed.
