摘要 放射性粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤是近年来开展的一项有效的治疗手段,随着影像学技术的发展及治疗计划系统出现,该方法已广泛应用于治疗多种恶性实体肿瘤,如前列腺癌、肺癌、胰腺癌、肝癌等。为更好的规范该项技术的临床应用,本文从放射性粒子管理、适应证、禁忌证、操作方法等方面提出一些建议作为制订该技术指南的讨论基础。 Implantation of radioactive seeds is an effective therapeutic option for the treatment of malignant tumors. With the development of imaging technique and the use of treatment planning system (TPS) it has been more and more employed in clinical settings. The technique has been widely practiced in various maliguant tumors, such as prostate cancer, lung caner, pancreatic cancer, hepatocarcinoma, etc. In order to standardize the clinical application of this technology, the authors propose some suggestions concerning the management of radioactive seeds, the indications and contraindications as well as the method of operation as a technical guidance.
