摘要
随着压电陶瓷应用领域的不断扩大,压电陶瓷作为一种精密驱动器件,其自身的性能日益受到使用者的关注。本文对压电陶瓷器件位移特性、出力特性、温度特性及蠕变特性进行了详尽的论述和分析,推导了压电陶瓷和电致伸缩陶瓷的归一化模型,并对国内外典型的压电陶瓷器件的位移特性进行了分析。
With the enlargement of the application of piezoelectric element,more and more scholars pay close attentions to the fundamental characteristics of piezoelectric element.In this paper,the fundamental characteristics such as displacement vs.voltage characteristics is described and analyzed in detail,The normalization model of piezoelectric element is given and the displacement characteristics of typical piezoelectric elements home and abroad is analyed.
