锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折操作技巧 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的操作技巧。方法采用硬膜外持续麻醉或全身麻醉进行手术,采用髋关节外侧,转子下小切口入路,闭合复位骨折,安放股骨近端锁定钢板,注意近端3根锁钉的安放次序、螺钉长度、方向和最大偏移范围,确保3枚螺钉位于股骨颈内,发挥螺钉和钢板的锁扣作用。结果术后28例获得随访,平均8个月,髋关节功能评定采用Sander标准,优良率为96.43%。结论选择股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折是一种较好的内固定方法,只要掌握正确的手术方法和操作技巧,其固定可靠,抗旋转能力较强,内固定失败机会少,临床效果良好。
