摘要
分析了纵弯式压电微马达驱动机理,建立了纵弯式压电微马达输出功率与驱动臂的倾角、长宽比之间的相位差及压紧力关系的数学模型,为纵弯式压电微马达的优化设计奠定了基础。
Driving mechanism of longitudinal bending piezoelectric motor has been analyzed.The relationship between the output power and the dip angle,the length to width ratio of the driving beam,the pressure on the rotator has been established,which forms a basis of optical design for longitudinal bending piezoelectric motor.
