摘要
目的分析近6年婚前检查及出生缺陷情况,探讨婚检及孕前检查的重要性。方法选择6年间进行婚前检查及孕前检查的育龄青年检查情况进行分析,并对其中220人进行问卷调查。结果2003年以后婚检率逐年下降,出生缺陷率增加。结论进一步加强婚前检查及孕前检查的宣传力度,巩固出生缺陷的第一道防线。
Objective To analyse health care of precedent matrimony and natal abnormality amony 6 years,discuss the essentiality about health care of precedent matrimony and pregnaney. Methods To choose the inspected case of precedent matrimony and pregnancy,analyzing it,and a samples of 220 were investigated by questionnaire. Results The rate about health care of precedent matrimony decented gradually since 2003,and the rate of natal abnormality increased. Conclusion Strengthening the propaganda of health care of precedent matrimony and pregnaney,consolidating the first line of defence about natal abnormality.
