阴道冲洗液甲胎蛋白检测在胎膜早破中的应用

Application of AFP Test of Vaginal Washing Fluid in the Diagnosis of Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的寻找积极有效的辅助检查方法,进一步诊断胎膜早破。方法对胎膜早破孕妇进行阴道PH值检测,同时取阴道冲洗液2mL,采用化学发光免疫法检测其中甲胎蛋白(AFP)的含量。结果根据实验组和对照组检查发现,甲胎蛋白检测的敏感性为97.9%,特异性为90.2%,准确性达94%;PH检测的敏感性为79.6%,特异性为82.4%,准确性达81%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论阴道冲洗液甲胎蛋白检测在胎膜早破的诊断中具有较高的临床实用价值。

Objective To look for a kind of effective assistant examination method for further diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes. Methods Tested the vaginal PH of each pregnant women of premature rupture of membranes, meanwhile,took vaginal washing fluid 2mL and tested its content of AFP by using chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results The study of experimental group and the control group showed that the sensitivity of AFP and PH test for diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes were 97.9% and 79.6% respectively,the specificity were 90.2% and 82.4% respectively, the accuracy were 94% and 81% respectively, it has significant difference（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The test of AFP content of vaginal washing fluid has high clinical practical value in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes.
