2756例拔牙原因统计分析

A Statistical Analysis on the Cause of 2756 Cases with the Extraction of Teeth

目的了解拔牙的原因、性别、年龄及牙位。方法对2756例拔牙患者的临床资料进行分析。结果2756例拔牙的主要原因是龋齿和牙周病;女性1402例,男性1354例;拔牙年龄的高峰期为30～50岁;拔牙牙位最多的是第一磨牙。结论拔牙原因:龋齿居首位,牙周病为第2位。拔牙性别:女性多于男性。拔牙年龄:最小的6岁,最大的81岁,高峰期为30～50岁。拔牙牙位:最多的牙位是第一磨牙,最少的牙位为尖牙;恒牙多于乳牙;上颌牙多于下颌牙。

Objective To investigate the cause,gender,ages and teeth places with extraction of teeth. Methods 1378 cases of patients with the extraction of teeth were analyzed. Results Dental caries and periodontal odisease were the majority of fracture,2756 cases with the extraction of teeth. The male cases was 1354,the female cases was 1402. 30-50 years were the time of peaks with the extraction teeth. The first molar was the most teeth places with the extraction teeth. Conclusion The cause with the extraction teeth：the first was the dental caries; the second was the periodontal disease. The ages with the extraction teeth：thefemale was a little more than the maole. The ages with the extraction teeth：6 years was the youngest ags,81 years was the oldest age. 30-50 years was the time of peaks. The teeth places with the extraction teeth：the first molar was the most teeth places,cuspid was the least teeth places,the permanent teeth were more than deciduous teeth;the maxilla teeth were more than mandible teeth.
