Clinical Analysis on Pathological Changes of Thyroid Gland Onset with Abnormal Sensation of Pharynx in 4 Cases

目的探讨以咽异常感觉为首发的甲状腺疾病临床特征及治疗,减少漏诊、误诊。方法对4例确诊病例进行追踪分析。结果通过原发病病因的查找,使咽异感症得以有效及时冶疗。结论甲状腺疾病以咽异常感觉为首发在临床上较为少见,及时发现,可提高对咽异感症的正确诊断率和治疗有效率,并有助于改善病人的预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment of thyroid gland associated with abnormal sensation of pharynx,reducing misdiagnosis and diagnosis. Methods Clinical analysis on pathological changes of thyroid gland associated with abnormal sensation of pharynx in 4 cases. Results All patients were treated according to the causes and made pharyngeal paraesthesia effectively treated. Conclusion Thyroid gland associated with abnormal sensation of pharynx in clinical is uncommon,timely diagnose can improve pharyngeal paraesthesia treatment and the prognosis of patients.
