摘要
基于认知心理学的注意、感知、记忆等认知特性,分析乘客在地铁空间内的行动导向问题,根据乘客有意注意、无意注意及有意后注意的特性,指导地铁信息指示系统的设计,使其指示类型和指示信息能够符合乘客的视觉期待和认知习惯,从而对他们做出合理提醒并形成信息系统的连贯性。
Passenger guiding issues in subways are analyzed based on attention, perception, memory and other cognitive psychology characteristics. The information indicator system design for subways is carried out according to the characteristics of passengers, including cautious attention, incautious attention and cautious post-attention, so that indicator information will conform to passengers' visual expectations and cognitive habits, warn them reasonably and help to form the consistency of the system.
