Countermeasures of Passenger Flow Attraction in Urban Rail Transit

论述轨道交通在城市客运交通系统中的骨干作用,说明客流通常是保证轨道交通社会效益和经济效益的根本。在分析轨道交通客流重要性的基础上,从票务政策、服务水平、运营管理、站点接驳和多元开发5个方面,阐述影响轨道交通客流的主要因素。从以上5个方面着手,制订轨道交通不同运营阶段吸引客流的对策,为运营企业提高自身经济效益、轨道交通充分发挥社会效益提供有力支持。

With the development of social economy, the key role played by rail transit in urban passenger transportation system is becoming obvious. Passenger flow is the fundamental guarantee for the social and economic benefit of urban rail transit. Recognizing the importance of passenger flow, this paper postulates that there are frye main factors affecting the rail transit passenger flow, including fare policy, service level, operation management, traffic connection and multi-development. Countermeasures of passenger flow attraction in different operation periods of rail transit are established from the abovementioned five aspects, which provide a strong support for enhancing both the economic and social efficiency of urban rail transit.
