摘要
根据城市地铁钢轨打磨的现状,结合LRG9型轨道打磨车的典型故障案例,从工作环境、系统监控、救援响应、养护要求等多方面,分析轨道打磨车动力及牵引系统可靠性的影响因素;从结构设计、日常维护、打磨方式等方面,提出有针对性的建议和对策,以保证系统的稳定、可靠。
According to the current situation of track grinding in subways and considering typical failure cases encountered for LRG9 grinding cars of Nanjing metro, factors which may affect the warranty reliability of power and traction system are analyzed, such as working condition, system monitoring, rescue response, maintenance requirement, etc. In view of structural design, routine maintenance and grinding procedure, proposals and countermeasures are put forward to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
