莲花水电站弹性金属塑料瓦的改进

摘要 简要说明了推力轴承稳定运行条件,着重分析了弹性金属塑料瓦承载后瓦面的综合变形情况,从中得出莲花水电站4号机原弹性金属塑料瓦磨损原因及改进措施,同时介绍了莲花水电站推力轴承结构、原弹性金属塑料瓦的运行和磨损情况,以及改进后弹性金属塑料瓦的运行情况等。 In this paper,the stable conditions of thrust bearing are briefly illustrated,the status of overall deformation of linersurface of elastic metallic plastic Iiners under loading are weightly analysed,from which the worn causes and improvement measures for original elastic metallic plastic liners of Lianhua Hydroelectric Power Station #4 generating set were obtained.Meanwhile,the structure of thrust bearing,the operating and worn status of original elastic metallic plastic liner,as well as the operation status of improved elastic metallic plastic liner,etc.are introduced.
