过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌失败原因分析与对策

目的观察国产过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器效果,评价其实际使用价值。方法采用对低温等离子体灭菌器兼容的医疗器械的灭菌,利用生物指示剂与化学指示剂评价方法进行检测。结果连续460次灭菌运行,完成正常灭菌循环427次,占92%,循环终止33次,占8%,灭菌后生物指示剂监测失败4次。结论影响过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器效果的因素较多,器械的干燥情况、清洁程度、装载量与装载方法、包装材料及灭菌器械的兼容性等,灭菌器本身严密的自检系统也是保证灭菌成功的关键。

Objective To observation sterilization efficacy of hydrogen dioxide plasma body,evaluation of its actual value. Methods Medical equipment has been sterilized by hydrogen dioxide plasma body and detected the results with chemical indicator and biological indicator.Results Sterilizing successive 460 times,completing the normal sterilization cycles 427 times,92%,being terminated of the cycles 33 times ,8%,and monitoring the failure of 4 with biological indicator.Conclusion Many factors impacting the effect of hydrogen dioxide plasma body, drying and cleaning equipments,loading counts and method and so on.Sterilizer itself closely to ensure that the self--system is critical to the success of sterilization.
