张力带与骨缝合对老年髌骨骨折的手术治疗(附28例报告)

Tension Band and Bone Suture for Treating Patellae Fracture of the Elderrs (Reporting 30 Cases)

目的评价髌骨张力带内固定术,丝线骨内缝合术,部分切除术,治疗老年移位性髌骨骨折的疗效。方法28例老年移位性髌骨骨折,其16例髌骨中部造成粉碎性骨折,采用张力内固定术,10例行丝线骨内缝合术,2例上、下极骨块行髌骨切除术。结果术后随访2～5年,按陆裕朴评定标准,张力带内固定术,优10例、良4例、可2例,经线骨内缝合优6例、良3例、可1例,部分切除术,可1例、差1例。结论张力带内固定术与丝线骨内缝合术是治疗老年性髌骨骨折有效治疗,本法能对骨折部位作到接近解剖复位,又能稳妥固定及早期功能锻炼,恢复膝关节最大屈、伸功能。

Objective For research a better way for treating patellae fracture of the elders. Methods Tesion band and bone suture were used for treating displaced patellae fracture of the elders.Results More than 85% cases were satisfactory no worse. Conclusion The method used by authers were better way for treating displaced patellae fracture of the elders.
