摘要 提出一种基于故障分量中高频分量的故障选相断原理。该原理利用电压故障分量中的高频成分,通过比较三相电压以不同相为基准的模变换的频域特征实现故障选相。该原理具有类似行波保护的超高速的特点,不受过渡电阻和故障初始角的影响,但选相并不仅限于利用行波波头的特征,有较强的鲁棒性。用EMTP对某典型500kV线路的各种故障进行了仿真,取得了理想的效果。 The paper presents a novel principle for the faulted phase selection in the EHV power system based on the high frequency components of the faulted voltage. The technigue ulitizes the high frequency components of the faulted voltage. By comparison the three-phase voltages, the faulted phase se- lection in realized based on modular transform frequency domain characteristics in each phase voltage. The principle is similar to the extra high speed feature in the travelling wave protection thchnique. The principle is insensitive to the transient resistance and the initial angle of fault. The faulted phase selection is not restricted to characteristics of the head of travelling wave and is robust. By EMTP, the simulation result is satisfactory for a faulted typical 500kV trans- mission line.
