摘要
阐述了专家系统及神经网络用于故障诊断时集成的必要性,归纳了常见的专家系统与神经网络的集成结构及方法,总结了基于事例推理的优越性。采用嵌入式结构,将基于事例推理与BP神经网络相结合,提出了一种智能故障诊断新方案,对此方案进行了论证,详细介绍了方案的各个组成部分及实现方法。最后将该方法应用于某液压能源系统的故障诊断中,结果令人满意。
The necessity,structures and methods integrated ES (expertsystem)with NN (neural networks)in the fault diagnostic system are intro-duced,the advantages of CBR(Case-Based Reasoning)are described too.Anew intelligent fault diagnostic scheme with embedded structure was designedand demonstrated.Every part and procedure of the scheme is introduced in de-tail.finally,the effectiveness of this method is verified in a hydraulic supplysystem.
