关于运行中汽包壁上下温差限制的探讨

Study on the Limit of the temperature Differenceof Drum's Upper-Lower Wall

电厂运行规程中规定锅炉汽包壁上下温差不得超过５０℃，而实际运行中特别是起停及事故情况下，这一规定难以达到。在这种上下壁温差超规定的情况下也多未发生汽包破坏或严重损伤。如何对待运行中这一限制一直是一个有争议的问题。就此，试图从强度分析的角度，探讨汽包壁上下温差的限制问题，以便改善锅炉的运行管理工作。

The operation rules provide that the temperature difference of boiler drum's upper-lower wall don't exceed 50℃, but it is difficult to control in starting-stopping or accidental cases in practice. However, most drums weren't damaged in the case. For this reason, how to treat this limit is always a ques- tion in disputed. This paper discusses on temperature difference through strength analysis, so as to improve operation management of boiler.
