火电厂电气电缆敷设设计的优化算法

摘要 针对目前火电厂建设中电气电缆敷设设计和管理的落后状况,研究了进行计算机辅助设计的技术。建立了一套电气电缆编码原则及适合不同电厂设计的前处理方法,提出了基于非计算问题求解的电缆路径优化算法和截面排放优化算法。该算法解决了计算机辅助电气电缆敷设的核心问题。基于该算法研制开发的DLFS/CAD软件包能有效提高敷设设计质量。 Abstract This paper describes the generation and development process of the carbon tracking fault in the fiber reinforced plastic rod and on the interface be- tween the rod and housing in composite insulators in service. The possibility of the fault have been confirmed by the model tests in laboratory and the analyses of early operated composite insulators. The fault can be on-line detected by measurement the electric field distribution along the composite insulator. The calculation result and the characteristics of the axial electric field distribution of the faulted insulator are described. Testing results at laboratory are given.
